1. Before Payment

If you are in the queue and decide not to buy, choose Pass before your deadline. No payment has been taken, so there is nothing to refund.

2. After Payment — General

If you have already paid and need to cancel or request a refund, contact us via the Contact page with your order details. We will work with you and the seller based on the situation.

3. Non-Shipment

If the seller does not ship within 5 business days and does not respond to outreach, we will facilitate a refund to the buyer. Contact us via the Contact page with your order details so we can assist.

4. Not as Described or Other Issues

For items that arrive not as described, damaged, or other issues, contact us via the Contact page. We evaluate each case and will work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.

5. Sellers

If a buyer has not paid yet (e.g., they passed or their turn expired), the listing returns to the queue or becomes available. If an order was paid and you need to cancel (e.g., item no longer available), contact support so we can help with the refund and notify the buyer.

6. Processing

Refunds, when approved, are processed back to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
