Who ships the item and what should I expect?
The seller ships the item to the buyer. Ship within the expected time and pack items carefully.
Who ships — The seller is responsible for shipping the item to the buyer’s address (entered at checkout). TrunkMatch does not ship items.
Expectations — Sellers should ship within the timeframe they set or the default we show (e.g. a few business days). Pack items securely so they arrive in the condition described. Buyers can track the order in Orders once the seller marks it shipped or adds tracking.
