How do I report a problem or user?
Use in-app reporting or contact support for order issues, safety, or policy violations.
Order or listing issue — If an order wasn’t received, doesn’t match the listing, or you have a dispute, contact us via the Contact page. Include the order or listing details so we can look into it.
Report a user — If someone is harassing you, violating our policies, or you have a safety concern, use the Report option on their profile or in the relevant conversation/order. We take reports seriously and will review according to our policies.
General help — For other questions, use the Contact page. We recommend checking the Help Center first for quick answers.
All reports are reviewed by our team. We may reach out for more information and will take action as appropriate under our Terms of Service and community guidelines.
