Why am I not seeing certain listings?
Listings are filtered by match quality. Update kids' sizes or use Search to see more.
TrunkMatch prioritizes listings that match your kids’ profiles (size, gender, age). So you may not see every listing in Discover if it doesn’t fit well.
- Update sizes — In Settings, check your kids’ size profiles (tops, bottoms, shoes, outerwear). Keeping these current helps you see the most relevant listings.
- Use Search — The Search page lets you look by keywords, size, gender, and category. You can find listings that might not appear at the top of Discover.
- Listing status — Listings only appear when they’re Active. Sold or archived items are hidden. If a listing had a queue, it might be temporarily reserved for the current buyer until they decide.
If you think a listing should match but don’t see it, try searching for it or broadening your filters.
