Refunds and cancellations
What to do if you need to cancel an order or request a refund.
Before payment — If you're in the queue and decide not to buy, choose Pass before your deadline. No payment has been taken, so nothing to refund.
After payment — If you've already paid and need to cancel or request a refund, contact us via the Contact page with your order details. We'll work with you and the seller based on the situation (e.g. item not shipped, not as described). Refunds, when approved, are processed back to your original payment method and may take a few business days.
Non-shipment — If the seller doesn't ship within 5 business days and doesn't respond to outreach, contact us via the Contact page. We will facilitate a refund to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Sellers — If a buyer hasn't paid yet (e.g. they passed or their turn expired), the listing returns to the queue or becomes available. If an order was paid and you need to cancel (e.g. item no longer available), contact support so we can help with the refund and notify the buyer.
