What are platform fees and when do I get paid (sellers)?
A platform fee is applied to sales. Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect.
Platform fee — TrunkMatch applies a fee to each sale. The amount is shown to buyers at checkout and reflected in your seller payout. Fees help us run the platform, payments, and support.
Seller payouts — Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. You need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding (in Settings) before you can receive payouts. After a sale, funds are transferred to your connected account according to Stripe’s schedule (e.g. rolling payouts). You can see payouts and details in your Stripe Dashboard.
