How do I sign up and complete onboarding?
Create an account and add your kids' info so we can match you with the right listings and buyers.
Signing up
- Go to Sign up and create an account using your email or a social login (e.g. Google).
- After signing up, you’ll be asked to complete onboarding before browsing or selling.
What is onboarding?
Onboarding is a one-time setup where you add your kids’ information. We use this to:
- Match you as a buyer — Show you listings that fit your kids’ sizes and preferences.
- Match you as a seller — Rank buyers for your listings based on how well they match.
You can add one or more kids with:
- Name (optional)
- Birthdate (optional)
- Gender (Boys, Girls, or Unisex)
- Size profile — Tops, bottoms, shoe size, and outerwear size
Sizes can be updated anytime in Settings. Once you save, you can start discovering listings and creating your own.
