What is the queue?
The queue gives fair, first-come-first-served access to a listing when multiple buyers want it.
When more than one person wants the same listing, we use a listing queue so everyone gets a fair turn.
- How it works — You tap “Join Queue” and get a position. The first person in line gets a set time (usually 24 hours) to either buy or pass.
- When it’s your turn — You’ll get an email and/or SMS. You can go to the listing and either complete checkout or choose “Pass” so the next person gets a turn.
- If you don’t decide in time — Your turn expires and we move to the next buyer.
If no one is in the queue and the seller has set a Buy Now price, anyone can buy immediately without waiting.
